Use of the site

By accessing qelmorix.org, you agree to use the site for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of the studio or any third party. The imagery on this site is the property of Qelmorix Studio and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Content

All photographs, text, and design elements are the intellectual property of Siddharth Varma and Qelmorix Studio. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal, non-commercial use. Any use of our imagery for commercial purposes requires a written license agreement, which can be requested via our contact page.

Print Sales

All print sales are final. Due to the bespoke nature of archival production, we cannot offer returns or exchanges except in the case of damage during transit. In the event of transit damage, you must notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence to initiate an insurance claim and replacement.

Limitation of liability

Qelmorix Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
